These are just common sense kinds of things.  You would think that it wouldn't be necessary, but it is when it comes to SOME people lacking anything related to common sense.

1. You must be working.

2. You must NOT be a druggie.

3. You must NOT be insane.

4. Lastly, and most importantly if you present yourself as "honest", "clean", "considerate" those traits will be expected to be true otherwise you won't be here long.

I'm not in a hurry to rent out that room, so if someone is going to rent it, it will entail more than 1 email, 1 quick phone call.  I'm not interested in sob stories.  I'm not renting to someone that has pets (two cats live here already, that's all there will be).

Total: $450

Parking is on the street, and you can get a zone sticker for your car if need be.  The parking spot for the apartment is MINE, and NO, you can't use it.  If you do not have a car there is a bus stop two blocks east of the apartment.
